Plan Change 13 (PC13)

The Trust has not been directly involved with PC13. However, we have undertaken to outline our role to the Court so that they are aware of the Trust and its role.   The Plan Change, if it goes ahead in its current form will result in significantly stricter rules around development and irrigation.  It is too early to be able to see how these changes might affect the Trust goals and role.
